Internal Error 2705. Directory

I’m using InstallShield Tuner with Notes 6.5 to setup silent auto installs. Whenever I remove shortcuts such as the admin and designer client, the install fails with: Internal Error 2705. Directory. I have been to Installshield’s web site, and I haven’t found anything useful. Any ideas? thanks!
