Through delivery options you can encrypt an email so only the intended recipient is able to read the message. But, that recipient can forward that message to any one new - the forwarded message no longer contains the encryption flag. Is there a way around that, or does the user have to check the ‘Prevent Copying’ delivery option also?

From a strict security standpoint, if you send a message to somebody that they can read, there is absolutely nothing that you can do to prevent them from retransmitting that information to somebody else.
If you configure Notes not to allow a “forward” action, they can use cut and paste. If you lock down cut and paste, they can take a screenshot with another application or the OS. If you lock down the computer, they can plug the VGA cable into a video capture device instead of their monitor. And if you lock down the entire system, hardware and software alike, they can use a digital camera or camera-phone and some OCR software.

Don’t forget to ban Pens, Pencils and Paper … and erase employee’s memories as they leave the premises !
