I have a remote user that is using Notes 8.5 client to connect to our Domion 8.5.1 server. Whenever they send e-mails to people internally they take hours for them to be recieved. If they send e-mails to other addresses outside ie. gmail or yahoo they arrive right away. I’m not seeing any messages held up in the mailboxes on the server and can’t see to figure out why this is happening. If the person uses the web client everything works okay. Is there something in the client that could be holding up these e-mails from sending?

How many Domino Servers?
When you use more than one server, how is mail routing configured?
How is mailing configured in location document?
OS of Domino?
Users send from Domino Database or local Replica?
Did you check local mail.box or smtp.box?
