Interested in Lotus' strategy for XPages Control Dev

I am hoping to not duplicate effort if Lotus is working on XPages Controls which I will have a need for. But how does the development community going to know which Controls are under development by Lotus, which version of Notes/Domino are they dependent upon and what Quarter are they expected to be available ?

Will all this work be posted on OpenNTF so we can follow it’s progress and perhaps contribute to it ?

It would sure help a lot if there was a lot of transparency and collaboration in this area.

I don’t know where to find a list of XPages Controls in development but I did see a blog post by Nathan T Freeman announcing that the company he works for is partnering with IBM to provide some missing XPages controls.
