I have a few users that are getting the message “Interactive Services Detection” coming up within Windows 7 running Lotus Client 8.5.2 .
I know the error has to do with the diagnostics service and I can manually change the service to “Disabled” to stop the issue, however, my concern is that right now I have five users I changed the service task on, but have another 460 users who will ultimately bew rolled out (about 100 so far) and I am not sure that with this disabled, NSD will function properly with a true crash/failure.
I have already instructed desktop support to disable this service for now in new builds - does anyone have any further information or has this already been reported / PMR issued.
