Intenet Password change upgrading to R6

I have updated a Domino Server from ‘R5.09a’ to ‘R6.0.2 CF1’. First i updated the ‘names.nsf’ (everythig worked fine), and two weeks later i updated the server code. Everything went well as well, but users notified me they can’t authenticate with the http server.

  • To give them access again, I had to change its Internet Passwords, and i noticed that codifications were differents to the ones users tell me they had.

Has anyone had this problem?

Why password have changed?

Give some clue, please.

Sounds like the directory profile setting for “use more secure http passwords” was enabled/
