I have downloaded and installed the trial version of Lotus Domino and works like magic but now I have a query.
I would like to test how well the IM works but when i try to logon, I get an error Invalid password with details that “instant messaging server name not found”. What causes such an error?

Thanks, now it makes sense. i have checked and did not see download for sametime server for linux. Would you know if they are available. Titus

Unfortunately, Lotus Instant Messaging & Web Conferencing (Sametime) is not available for a trial and there is no trial download. As soon as you have valid licenses for the Notes client you can download the software from IBM to use the IM part in the Notes client.
