Just a user here that can’t get Mac support from the company IT folks. I have been using Notes 7.0.2, including instant messaging on a Mac with 10.4.11. Just got a new MacBook and upgraded to Leopard 10.5.1 and installed Notes 7.0.3. Everything works fine except the messaging. In Tiger, I had to open port 1533 but in Leopard, that task is not so obvious. In System Preferences>Security>Firewall I have checked "Allow all Incoming Connections. I have also tried “Set access for specific services and applications”, added Notes to the list and have “Allowed incoming connections”. I am also using a new Airport Extreme Base Station draft n set up more-or less with the default settings for a typical home network. Any thoughts on how to get messaging to work would be greatly appreciated.
