I’ll have installed version 6.5.1 IIF1 on my server and now i try to find where to configure instant messaging. I can’t find it or then i’m stupid.This should be working without sametime or am i wrong?

You still need a Sametime server in your environment - but it’s licensed per user, so if you’re using ND6.5.1 you can run the Sametime server without additional cost. And by ‘using ND6.5.1’ I mean ‘are entitled to using ND6.5.1’ 
IM is configured in two places: the user prefernces, and the location document. This allows you to configure IM from several diffent locations.
