Installing traveler on Nokia 5800

Hi all!

I’m having problem installing Travler on Nokia 5800. We have following server: “Lotus Notes Traveler Version: 8.5.2.0 Build 201001181459”.

I can connect to our server in download and install the installer. When I run the installer and enter user id, password, server and access point I get following error: “Installation of LotusTravler_S60_5.0.sisx not supported”.

Did any of you have similar problem and was able to solve them? I would be thankful for any information.

BTW others are able to use Traveler. One colleague was able to set up Traveler on his Nokia 5800, but he installed it some times back, when there were other version of Traveler.

Subject: Nokia 5800 working on 8.5.1

I found the solution :)I installed test Domino server (8.5.1) and installed Travler client. Then I searched for the “LotusTraveler_S60_5.0.sisx” and manually installed it through Nokia OVI.

It now works like charm :slight_smile:
