Hi I am trying to install a R7-Client on my Computer, I already have a R6-Client on it.
When the installation-process start and show the Installation location/Path I cant choose a different one, the fields are greyed out.
I have earlier installed sevearal Client without having this, What I have forgot.

I have only done this with the notes 7 demo but I don’t think that what I am going to say will be any different.
First of all, change the name of the directory that your current installation is in. Because the installation detects a previous version of notes it tries to upgrade it. By changing the name of the directory it is in it won’t try and upgrade.
When you have changed the name you will be choose where you want the installation. Once you have finished installing, rename your old R6 directory to what it was before and you will have both clients on your machine.
Some of your desktop links may change but you can copy these and repoint them to your R6 executables.
