Installing expeditor framework stop lotus notes installation on mac

Ciao,

I tried to update to the new 8.5.2 on mac from 8.5.1FP2 during the installation when reach “installing expeditor framework” the installation stopped without any messagges.

Then I stopped the installation but now I am unable to install any client version. My setup stop alway at that point.

Have you got an idea?

I also tried to delete all the data about lotus notes but nothing.

Subject: try clean install

Hi, Nino,Please try to remove Notes application and folder “Expeditor” in your notes data directory, usually their location are “/Applications/Notes.app” and “~/Library/Application Support/Lotus Notes Data/Expeditor”, and then install 8.5.2 again.

And you can also zip and upload the expeditor folder(“~/Library/Application Support/Lotus Notes Data/Expeditor”) for detail debugging.
