Install notes6 and notes 7 in the same disk

hello,i have tried to install notes 7 in a diskwitch has already a notes 6 intalation.

Yhe install of V7 erase the files in lotus/notes6.

so i have tried to do the contrary : intall notes V7 and after install V6.==>file in notes7 have been deleted.

So i don’t know how to have in the same time V6 & V7. Any idea ?

It’s actually not quite as simple as that since OLE and other things are using registry entries for path information. You really need to hack the registry under the HKEY_Local_Machine | Software | Lotus Notes | Notes in order to do this properly.A complete procedure is available in the Notes 7 BETA forum.

However, the OLE registry settings (and other registry settings) would be still correct for the latest Notes version you installed.
