Insert subform from another database

Where Domino Designer gets the database name list that is prompted when inserting a subform located in a database other than the current one?Thank’s

Subject: Look at HELP!

To insert a subform on a form 1. Open a form.

  1. Place the cursor where you want to paste the subform.

  2. Choose Create - Resource - Insert Subform. The Insert Subform dialog box appears.

  3. Select the subform you want and click OK. You can also insert subforms contained in other databases by selecting a database listed in the Database pull-down list.

I’ve noticed that sometimes you can’t insert a subform from another database until after that database has been opened from within Designer once.
