Inputbox with Chr(10)

I created a report and in the lotusscript I ask the user a question.This is the input box I’m using to ask the question.

Staff= Inputbox(“Enter the type of report you want” & Chr(10) & "1 - for All status, Sorted by CSR# " & Chr(10) & “2 - for Active Status, Sorted by Release # w/ Special Layout for BA’s” & Chr(10) & "3 - for All Status except CLOSED, Sorted By Release # " & Chr(10) & "4 - for All status except CLOSED , Sorted by Release# (Portrait Style) ")

When we were on 6.5.4

The user would see the box in this nice box layed out like this.

Enter the type of report you want

1 - for All status, Sorted by CSR#

2 - for Active Status, Sorted by Release # w/ Special Layout for BA’s

3 - for All Status except CLOSED, Sorted By Release #

4 - for All status except CLOSED , Sorted by Release# (Portrait Style)

Now that I’m on Version 7.02

I get this result.

Enter the type of report you want

I tried using Chr(13) also No luck.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this?

I would like it to break so I can have this readable for the user.

Im not sure if this helps but you can also use vertical bar to display many lines.

For example:

dim s as String

s = |Enter the type of report you want

1 - for All status, Sorted by CSR#

2 - for Active Status, Sorted by Release # w/ Special Layout for BA’s

3 - for All Status except CLOSED, Sorted By Release #

4 - for All status except CLOSED , Sorted by Release#
