Input buffer too small for read

I’m getting this error when I try to access the design of a form in a database. This was happening on 6.0.2 but, in an attempt to solve the problem, I’ve upgraded to 6.5 and the issue remains. I’ve also tried all of the standard things like rebooting the PC and restarting Notes.

I’ve seen that there is one other person who had this error but there were no responses to it. Has anyone seen this problem before?

Your workstation is windows 2000 right? Is this problem existing in XP? (just curious). Does the error only exist if you are trying to look at the design on a Domino server? Do have a problem if you look at the design of the same database locally? You have access to see the design as well right?

I know it doesn’t help to say something about that…

I doubt that this function “separating Javascript in Web & Notes” is usefull anyway. I’m always getting trapped with making JS changes in the “client” part and expecting it works on the web!!

And after i getting now “corrupted” design elements (after fixing them, all the Javascripts and Body/Header Attributes are gone!), i doubt that anyway…

Well the idea is not bad, but the selection “common javascript” should be default…just like in R5
