I recently upgraded my domino 5.0.12 to 6.5 enterprise server. I’ve been having clients who still use the iNotes5.ntf template have issues fetching their mail records. It worked fine when the server was running 5.0.12. The web mail comes up but they can’t open any emails or see the view of their inbox according to them. It gives an error msg about fetching.
The only way that seems to have fixed this problem is by upgrading the template to iNotes6.ntf. I’m trying to refrain from doing this because I haven’t upgraded their notes clients to 6.5 yet.
any ideas?
