Dear All,

I have Lotus Domino 8.5 server and enabled the http services. When users change their http password then old and new both password is working to access the mail. Can anyone suggest me what is the problem.

Are you importing the Notes ID? Did you reimport the ID after the password change?

Some Pcs has the notes ID import… but I testted it in the other machine as well and the problem is same.

Subject: old and new both passwords are active in Domino inotes

Default time fro the old password cache is 48 hrs.We can change is using following notes.ini parameter.

Requires server restart to take effect.

HTTP_PWD_CHANGE_CACHE_HOURS=length of time in hours

1 hour is enough usually.

HTTP_PWD_CHANGE_CACHE_HOURS=1
