I have a user using IE to access their e-mail. When they attempt to create an email there is a red X in the body. When they access from another computer using the same version of IE it works fine!! I have changed various settings in the browser but nothing has fixed the issue. I have search this forum but was unable to find anything that helped. (There are many documents discussing the problem but none with a fix) Has anyone fixed this problem?
