Hi everybody
I have a problem with my inotes clients, when they try to change their password from inotes preferences.
The windows size is smaller and they can not see the button to Accept.
My clients have windows xp with services pack 2
I hope somebody can help me
Subject: Sounds like a Font size issue
If you display settings are using a font DPI that is not the default (very large 120) for example, this could cause the problem. Or if the fonts text size is set to large, you may not see all the fields.
Try changing your view options for the text size… menu option View->Text Size->Small… do this before you open the change your password window.
You can also try using CTRL and Mouse wheel to change the font size…
