Hi all!
I’m about to test Domino 6.5 and Notes Web Access. I’ve set up new machines. Everything is wokring fine so far.
My problem:
When I try to access my Mail via Web Access I can login and access my maildatabase without a problem. All plug-ins were installed successfully. But the longer I “surf” my maildatabase, the slower my browser response. After some minutes the browser even gets frozen.
I’ ve check my TCP-connections and saw the longer I browse, the more “TIME_WAIT” connection i had. When the browser stops responding, there are over 50 of this connections. Until some of them or “resetted” my browser starts working very slow again.
I also tried to user different versions of Internet Explorer (5.5, 6.0) with different Servicepacks and Hotfixes.
Even on the server itself my problem exits. I use SSL-connections. The problem also occures on all other web-based databases (i.e. webadmin).
Is this a bug, where IE doesn’t close all TCP connections correctly or is there something wrong with my configuration?
I don’t have this problem with R5.
Any ideas?
