I noticed most all of the iNotes/WDA topic are older, but we are just now getting into testing the iNotes/WDA template for use by all our employees who get their LN mail over the Web. One of the testers has an issue - the template will not work on his Palm-OS based Wi-Fi PDA. He gets an ‘incompatible browser’ message. When he switches back to the ‘old’ (blue) template, he does not have the problem. Does anyone know why the iNotes/WDA template for web mail might be causing this issue? Does anyone know if Lotus plans to release updated templates?

The iNotes/DWA template uses some Javascript and DHTML that the micro-browser on a PDA doesn’t understand.
I don’t believe that Lotus has any plans to fix that on the template itself, but there are a few things you can do …
