I have one Inotes user that keeps getting the older Webmail interface. I’ve refreshed the design switched back and forth on the mail template with the convert command. Currently its using the inotes6.ntf as its template. Udated the views and it still keeps coming up with the older webmail look. This is the only user that has this happening. Any ideas?

I’m using the iware.nsf redirector. the url ends with OpenDatabase&ui=webmail.But what I can’t figure out is why this one user keeps getting pushed to the Webmail interface instead of Inotes.
