User in iNotes tries to REPLY and a message box comes up telling him to load WORD STANDARD?

iNotes (DWA) uses a rich text edit control that’s part of Office/Word if that’s available on the local machine. Unfortunately, the Office/Word install makes the control an “install on demand” item, so when iNotes tries to use it, the Word installer launches.
