Has anyone had issues with Repeating Meetings in iNotes not booking on the starting date? Let me explain.
Customer, logged into iNotes, creates a meeting and wants it to repeat for 3 months. She creates the meeting to start on 10/20/2010. She wants it to Repeat for 3 months on the 3rd Wednesday of each of the 3 months. When creating the meeting, it shows the Start Date as being 10/20/2010. Once the meeting has been saved & invitations have been sent, the meeting books on the Calendar for 11/17/2010, 12/15/2010, 01/19/2011, & 02/16/2011. It does not show an entry for 10/20/2010. And, the recipients do not see the date for 10/20/2010. They see the same 4 dates the Meeting Chair sees. This doesn’t make sense in 2 respects; (1) the start date doesn’t appear for 10/20/2010 and, (2) Repeat was for only 3 months yet it books for 4 months.
This has been duplicated on several iNotes Mail Accounts and appears to ONLY happen in iNotes. When logged into the Notes Client (same Mail databases), meetings are booked as intended.
This sounds like a template issue but, wanted to check to see if anyone else was having this problem. If anyone has any suggestions or has had the same issue, I would appreciate your feedback.
