We have just set up our new 8.5.2 Domino server on a Windows Server 2008 box. I’ve moved some staff over to the new server and noticed that when I access my web mail (from home) using IE 8, I get prompted to authenticate twice. Have also tested accessing other email files from my home machine with the same results on IE 8.
We are using the web redirector database. So, I go to https://mail.domain.com and after I enter my credentials, it then redirects me to https://domino.domain.com/mail/person.nsf where I am prompted to authenticate again.
Curiously, with Firefox, I only get ONE prompt to authenticate. Anyone else experience this? Perhaps some IE setting causing this? I’m at a loss.
