iNotes - New Mail Notification Problem

Under iNotes Preferences - Receiving, there are two options:1) Check for new mail every x minutes

  1. Prompt when new mail arrives

Option 2 works well, but option 1 can’t function.

Is it like the function in Client which refresh the Inbox after x minutes?

I am using “Domino Web Access 6” template.
