I setup the templates of my server with English and Spanish languages using Language Pack software provided by Ibm, After that i created a new mail file based on iNotes6 template and i gave it the two languages, i set the check “multilingual” in database and left “English” as default language. From Notes Client everything is ok if a user selects spanish in the menu “File - Preferences - User Preferences” they got their mail interface in spanish if they select english they got it in english. But, in Internet explorer, Inotes Web Acces they are always getting english even when their settings are set to spanish in explorer (languages) and control panel and regional settings.

Anyone knows what i have to do to let my web users select their prefered language?

Just in case someone wants to know i recieved a reply today

"Unfortunately the ability to change the language format of a mailfile is

restricted to the Notes client only.

The language specified as default for the mail database will be the

language that your web users will see. In your case, this is english.

If a web access user wishes to have their default language changed, they

will have to contact an administrator to change their database properties."

I wish this change in the future.

any help or tip to change the default language of thousands of db’s will be apreciated.
