Inotes messgae when I click to "contacts" list adress to send message

Error

“iNotes Warning, Sorry, we were unable to process your request at this time. If you are unable to continue working in your mail file, please dismiss this warning and then select View, Refresh from your browser’s menu.”

What can I do to resolve the problem.

When the user click : new message

To : search “Contacts”

the message error appears … wait a moment …

There are no problem with select Adresss domino directory ",

Hi,

This is a very general error message from DWA and you will most likely see it somewhere else aswell. Try to go to the Advanced settings in IE , SSL (or similar) and enable the setting “dont save encrypted pages to disk”. Restart browser .

I do that , but I have the same problem .

The message appear always …

Hi,

As said before, it’s a generic message, to see if it’s a IE security issue, put your site in the trusted sites, and be sure that every security options are disabled, I think it will work, then you can enable back every options one by one to find what cause this issue

You don’t have any error message in the log ?

Hi,

I have read that it sometimes is being caused by e.g the Google tool bar, Yahoo, Ebay etc which are being installed into IE - guess it is doing something in the background.

I have uninstalled mine where after I havent seen the problem. But I am not sure if this is always the case… Give it a try, verify if it is installed and remove if it is.

I am having the same issue - only thing is that it’s NOT the internet settings, 'cause I can access the address book for another user’s iNotes account without problems.Does anyone have any ideas here??
