I’m trying to get the mail size percent indicator to appear for our inotes users. I have set up a policy (I created a registration setting and then a policy to use them). I set the policy type as explicit and then assigned it to an individual user but they cannot see it.
Any ideas what I am doing wrong

Subject: Process New Policy
The Policy may not have been processed by the AdminP Task yet. Use the following Domino Console commands to force the AdminP Task to process it:
tell adminp process new
tell adminp process mail policy
And once it has been processed, logout/login from/to iNotes.

Hi Evan, I tried that but it didn’t work. Still no sign of the mail usage indicator. Any other ideas?

Subject: For further diagnosis
Hi Jane,
Hitting Ctrl-Click on “IBM Lotus iNotes” logo and then hitting “Detail” button will launch the console showing what iNotes does under the hood, including how iNotes handles database quota. Copying the content and pasting it to text editor (e.g. Notepad) and sending it to support will help support folks to diagnose the issue.
The key content in the console to diagnose this kind of issue would be the “config info” section that comes at the beginning. Especially bIsQuotaSet and GTw - The quota indicator UI won’t be shown unless both of them are true.
Another key to look at the console is if something like below is there:
