iNotes mail encryption buttons (sign) and (Encrypt) … some users have the ability to check them … others the buttons are grayed out. Not pc issue as I’ve opened two accounts on my pc – one is okay, the other grayed out. Can’t find anything under preferences. Suggestions? Thanks

wonder if the difference could be some users have merged their id into their mailfile and others not?
