We have just discovered a strange occurance with our email system. we use Domino 6.5.5, Notes clients in the office and iNotes 6 for webmail.When a user sends a message using their webmail, the recipient sees the “Pencil and Grid” logo next to the senders name. this happens even though the sender has set their letterhead to “Plain Text” in their Notes client.
If a message is sent from the client or their Blackberry, there is no Logo (as expected). it only appears in mail sent from webmail.
we have a user who wants to remove this, but i can’t see how to do it. i’ve looked at the notes on setting custom letterheads, but the changes i have tried don’t eradicate the “Pencil and Grid”.
Any suggestions?
