Hello,We are using localised notes mail databases. Local language pack installed on the server. When I try to install the inotes template to a mail file it changes the mail database language back to English. How can I change the iNotes language to the same as normal mail language?

If I understand correctly, your users mail files are using standard mail templates with multiple languages. You then upgraded some of the users to iNotes template and users get English only.
Language pack installer adds a set of design elements (forms views scripts) in the pack’s language to the selected templates.
Make sure that your iNotes template (which is different then regular mail template) is also updated by the language pack install. During the installation you can select which templates are updated with another language. The iNotes UI should then open to the language specified by browser locale.
There was also an issue reported in the IBM knowledge base where the French language pack would not update the iNotes template.
