how do i determine the web interface that a new user is going to get ?i registered a new user today, and he got the old mail template when logged in to the web interface (not inotes)

On the user registration screen, u should select the mail type as “Domino Web Access” if u’re running Domino 6.5 or inotes on Domino 6.0…

all users were created with the regular mail R6 template, and when logging in they get the inotes interface, except this one. is there a way to change this AFTER the user was created ?

they are 2 possibilities:

  1. the browser problem (must be IE 5.0 and above). Simply ask that person to use other PC. If he is still encountered that problem, most probably he is using wrong template.

  2. wrong template.

Do replace design using iNotes6.

You can use Notes Client to replace (File-Database-Replace Design) or from the server console: load convert mail\user.nsf * iNotes6.ntf
