Our users who are accessing iNotes from broadband internet connection are not able to complete the attached file downloads, it will start downloading and stop after 100kb or may be less than that on http and on same time if they use a Manual ISP Proxy it will work file without any fail. Meanwhile if we use https it will work perfectly on both Transparent Proxy & Manual Proxy. We tried upgrading the OS / Domino Fresh Installation / Removed the Firewall / Antivirus / Tried replacing ISP Huawei GPON (Fibre ONT) and issue persist. Please Help!
