First this : yes, I have searched the forum, and this problem has been posted several times, but no solution for me…
Problem :
When I use the iNotes templates to access my mail via a browser, every time I try to open a message I get a popup windows with an error message : Could not find design note .
In the server’s log there’s folowing message :
Application Exception - Could not find design note [/mail/xxxxxxxx.nsf/($Inbox)/5BDAA99CAC641247C1256F01003AF7A6/?OpenDocument&PresetFields=s_ViewName;%28%24Inbox%29,s_FromMail;1]
In this forum, someone suggested to change the max. # lines per page (setting it to be not zero), but it didn’t change anything for me, nor after restarting the HTTP service.
Server = Domino 6.03 Dutch Language pack on a Win2000SP4 box

No, that gives a blank screen too (After a successful login that is). But when I look to the HTML source in the browser, I see that the browser has loaded a page with some javascript in it.In the webserver log I see that pages have been served to my browser.
I have tried disabling all security features in the browser, but no joy either. The server and the client are in the same LAN with no routers or firewall between them.
When I use the standard mail template, I can access my mail via a browser without any problem. I found many similar experiences in this forum, but I didn’t found any solution. I will try another browser later this day …

Do you know if it’s a problem of you mail file, your browser, or your template ? Did you try with a brand new mail file from inotes6.ntf ? if it works, you could use this one (modify your person doucument) and copy/paste your documents in it
