Hi,Our email addresses are in the format first name last initial, so John Smith would be johns@domain.com.
I have one user and when they send email through iNotes, their email address is taking their shortname instead of their actual address (jsmith@domain.com). It works fine when they use Notes though.
Anyone have any ideas where to start with that one?
