Hi Everyone,
Before upgrading my DWA 8.5.2 server to DWA9, my user could login correctly their mail file. After upgrading my users can’t login correctly their mail because the returned path of mail file is wrong. Their mail files were added automatically suffix gin by iwaredir. For example, the returned path is http://hostname/mail/TrinhBungThon.nsfgin for the person whose mail file in NAB is TrinhBungThon.nsf.
Please help me solving this issue.

Hi … I’m assuming that you upgraded the design of your 8.5.2 Redirect database with the 9.0 version? Or is this a new version? In either case, can you please provide more information on how you have configured the Redirect database, i.e. what setting is it using, Mailserver, Fixed, or Dynamic? Also, do you have other settings configured?

I ugraded only it’s design when server was upgraded. I’ve not change any settings in iwardir.nsf (mailserver=http://mail…, fixed,…). yesterday, I had resolved this issue. I changed setting in configuration of the server as below

From your description of the problem, it appears that this issue has already been reported and an SPR has been opened against 9.0: WRAY96MLKW.
