A user here does not see all of her emails in her inbox in inotes. she is missing a few of them that are seen in her regular notes client. does anyone know what the problem may be?
Subject: are u sure they’re in the inbox?
by default iNotes shows recent unread messages only… you have to go into the Inbox or All Documents (or folders, etc.).
of course the user can change their welcome screen as desired.
