I have been a very content iNotes user for months. Then, just about a month before I upgraded to R6, my iNotes began to exhibit some strange behavior, to wit, I could only see private folders. When I tried to view others, the error message said that I did not have the necessary access rights. I am listed as manager in the ACL. Then, iNotes stopped working all together. When I try to access it now, all I get are some random ui elements.
I have replaced the iNotes template with the standard Notes templates and then replaced that once again with the iNotes template -no help. I created a new replica of my mail file and converted to iNotes template -no help. Ran FIX-IT against my mail file -no help. In the mean time, my standard Notes mail file and Notes client have been fine. No bad behavior.
Then, I upgraded server and clients to 6.0 and then again to 6.0.1. Still no help. Exact same iNotes misbehavior.
Other than this, the only other odd behavior I noticed prior to ‘the collapse’ was the sudden appearence of Japanese in the UI. BTW, the Japanese was correct, clearly derived from the standard Japan iNotes version.
