Hi, I need a configuration advice.
We have iNotes setup, with the ID file of the user in mail database (also ID Vault).
If I go to iNotes and change password, it works, even though it was a bit slow. (somehow the user was able to loginto his account with his old password for a day) - but we can ignore this for now.
We have a policy to get a new password every 30 days.
So when the user hit the 30 days, the user is redirected to force change password page after logging in. The user then put in the old password (example Password1) and new password (Password2). Which is fine.
The user able to login using the new password (Password2), but if the user want to change the password again, he go to preference > security > change password, put the old password (Password2) then the new password (Pasword3). it keeps on coming up with pop up ‘Wrong Password Entered for Old Password’.
My suspicion right now, force change password after you login, only change password in person document but not ID file which are in ID Vault and Mail Database.
Anyone could share some light?
