When connecting to his database our plant manager gets a page cannot be displayed message. When I was testing it as admin I got a you are not authorized to access this database message. I ran a fixup on the database with no luck.
Does anyone have any idea’s about what could be causing this?

What version of web browser is your user using to access iNotes? iNotes caters for a limited list of browsers and versions. You may not get acces as you may not be in the ACL of the mail file or have insufficient ACL access. Also check the maximum internet name and password is set to in the database ACL properties.
