I have a user who is using INotes and typed in the full internet address of someone NOT listed in the address book. Somehow it was routed to someone with an identical first name who was listed in the address book.
We have verified that the user doesn’t have a contact by that name listed and that she’s not relying on type ahead.
Can anyone tell me what may be going on?
