Okay, we have a second address book using directory assistance. There is a contact in there (out of the 200 contacts in there) that is causing problems when we email them from an iNotes client. They don’t receive the email.
Having read through this forum all day I found one possible… work-around, and that was to change the entrys username to be the same as there email address. That seems to have worked and iNotes users can now email that contact.
BUT, Lotus Notes users are now getting a delivery failure with this meesage when they try to email the contact. “Recipient’s Domino Directory entry does not specify a valid Notes mail file.”
Does anyone have any solutions or ideas on possibilites on what this could be?
Would really appreciate any help.
Thanks
Ross
