I have a user who is experiencing intermittent problems with iNotes spell check. The user creates an e-mail with a misspelled word and clicks send. The spell check dialog box appears but it is all gray. This does not happen every time but happens Intermittently on both his laptop and desktop.
As part of the troubleshooting, I had the user disable the Google and Research (?) toolbars.
Here’s some information:
O/S: Windows XP SP 3
Internet Explorer: 8
Mail Template: StdR85Mail
Domino Version: Lotus Domino 8.5.1 FP2 (but happened in 8.5.1 and FP1)
Has anyone experienced this problem before, if so, what was the fix.
