Inotes 6.5 Archiving problem

Hi.I have configured my inotes client to create an archive database and use it to archive emails.

In the archive section of preferences link at Inotes i have the following settings:

Location of archive database

My Home server: servername/domain

Documents to archive:

Archive all documents not modified or updated after 365 days

Archiving Instructions

Archive Documents to: mail\a_test.nsf

After that i have done a compact of my mail database by the following command:

load compact -a mail\test.nsf

and the archive database was created.

Now if i try to access to my archive it works fine and i can see my archive database.

The problem is when i need to archive any selected document manually, i can´t find any Archive option inotes menu. I think this is not normally.

Can anyone help me.

afaik the only solution is to create a folder (eg. ArchiveTheseDocuments), where people can drag & drop documents in.Then create an archive entry (using the policies) to archive documents in that folder, and run the compact command at night.
