Initial Sync not completed

error: initial sync not completed

i can able to connect on port 80 and 8642 but still its giving sync not completed

Subject: i had the same issue…

I had the same problem. Everything was working fine(servlet/traveler / config /logs were OK)exept the syncronization. After I changed my mobile provider i was able to read my mails.

Are you able to view yourserver/servlet/traveler?

Have you tried on different device / connection type(eg WLAN)?
