hello all

how do you select multiple mailfiles in the admin client, and make a change to those databases to inherit changes from the mail7.ntf file?

the only way that i can ‘force’ these database to inherit design is to open the properties of the db and on the template tab, select the appropriate template file.

is there any other easier way to make changes to multiple databases? thanks.

Check designer help on convert and have a look at the -f switch. This will enable you to make changes to a couple of databases at a time. To refresh the design of ALL databases in a common folder, use load design -d folderName.
