Hi all,
I’m having serious problems with the Indexer task updating Full Text Indexes. There will be about 50 documents to index in a large database, and the ft indexer will kick in, every hour, to add these documents. The process on the server will take about 2% or so, moving the total CPU usage up to about 8% on the box, but all 100 users logged in and using that database get egg timers on their screen. Horrendous!
As soon as I kill the indexer, all is well again.
This happens at least once every day. I’m fed up of it!
Any ideas?
