Can anybody help?
we have a problem with increasing font size withing forwarded mails. Each time the mail gets forwarded the text gets bigger.
Anybody heard of this before or know of a bug that causes this ?

We have an R5 server with the exact same behavior - have learned to live with it for a while and have not bothered trying to fix - if you do figure out the fix - please post it.
Subject: not a bug
Are the mails being forwarded to the Internet? I’m guessing so - this Technote will explain the behavior, and has a server side fix, but the most effective and easiest fix is to change the Location Document setting for “Format for messages addressed to interent addresses” to MIME. This usually happens when the client setting is set to “Notes RIch Text Format”

Plesae be aware that while changing the Location setting may fix this problem, there are various reasons why a company may choose to use Rich Text instead, especially a company such as Dean’s that uses both Notes/Domino and Exchange/Outlook, and users might not want to change these settings themselves without making sure that there is not a reason they are set to rich text. Since Dean does not list his company in his profile, I won’t name it, but such a company might well use our CoexLinks product, and if they did, it would be important to use the Rich Text setting and not the MIME setting. Therefore, I recommend that the server settings be changed as noted in the Technote rather than the Location settings be changed as Susan suggests.
